Exhibitor Information: Expected number of participants: 120-150 Participants will have opportunities to visit exhibitors’ tables during the event at these times: 8-8:30am (before the sessions begin) 8:30-9:00am coffee & conversation (Sessions begin at 9am) 10:20-10:30am Break between sessions 11:15-11:30am Break between sessions 12:15-1:30pm Lunch & time to explore exhibitors, poster presentations, and mobile units. 2:30-3:00pm (All sessions end at 2:30 pm) Exhibits will be mentioned during the welcome, and we will share exhibitor logos on the slides and programs, including the program for Beth Macy’s talk at the Moss Arts Center on Wednesday evening. Cost: $200 If you want to be an exhibitor, but the fee is cost prohibitive, please let us know.
